"KpopDrum" respects and protects the personal privacy of all users of the service. This application will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy. Without your prior permission, this application will not disclose this information to any third party.

When you agree to this Application Service Use Agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to the entire content of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of this Application Service Use Agreement.

1 Scope of application

This agreement applies to the [KpopDrum] APP.

Except for the relevant information collection and use activities described in this policy, this policy does not apply to other services provided to you by other third parties. Other services use other personal information collection and use rules that are explained to you separately.

(The App does not include any targeted push or advertising precision marketing functions, and will not use such information to cause any interference to you)

（2）Help you better use related hardware products

Since this software may be used in conjunction with musical instrument hardware, in order to better use the hardware product, you will be required to provide Bluetooth connection permission. Due to the technical requirements of Android products, location permission will also be required. Bluetooth permission will only be used to connect to our company's hardware and will not be used for any other information transmission. Android's location information is not collected or transmitted in any way.

（3）Help you learn faster

In order for you to better use the basic functions of basic courses and games, this product may require you to provideaudio recording permissions，In the game project, a microphone may be used to collect audio information. The collected audio data will be calculated in real time to determine the accuracy of the playing. In addition, the recorded audio may be collected and analyzed.

（4）Help you record and share your works better

In order to help you better record and distribute your work, we provide video and audio recording functions. During recording, we will request the corresponding video/audio permissions from you. The recorded video will be saved on your device as a draft. If you want to share it or submit it as an assignment for teacher review, you need to upload the work to the server for storage.

（5）Help you complete payment

Gupubang Payment You can choose to pay through third-party cooperative platforms (such as WeChat Pay, Apple Pay, Alipay, etc.). We need to collect your order information, reconciliation information and other necessary information required by law and share it with these cooperative platforms to confirm your payment instructions and help you complete the payment.

（6）Third-party services

In order to provide you with one-click sharing service, our product integrates U-Share SDK, which will collect your device identification information (such as IMEI/android ID/IDFA, etc.) and the public information of the social account you need to share in order to complete the one-click sharing service. For the security of your information, we have entered into a data security and confidentiality agreement with third-party SDK service providers, and these companies will strictly abide by our data privacy and security requirements. In any case, we and our partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or risks arising from the use or inability to use this software.

If the normal operation of the service is affected by force majeure events such as technical failures, we and our partners promise to cooperate with relevant units as soon as possible to handle and repair the problem in a timely manner, but we and our partners will not be held responsible for any losses suffered by users as a result.

When users contact other users through the software, any psychological, physical harm and economic loss caused or may be caused by misleading or deceiving others shall be borne by the party at fault in accordance with the law, and it has nothing to do with us and our partners.
